Meet Mark...
Since he joined our team last July, Mark has been nothing short of a superstar! From day one, he jumped into his new role with enthusiasm and a real passion for what we do. It’s been incredible to see him thrive in this fresh environment, soaking up the team spirit and eager to contribute.
So much so, that I decided to take a leap of faith and push him straight into handling our company surveys. Now, this is a big deal for me—I’ve kept these close for the past 7 years and haven’t let anyone else near them.
But Mark’s been doing such an excellent job that I felt confident handing over this task. And let me tell you, it’s been a game-changer! The feedback from our customers has been absolutely fantastic, and I couldn’t be happier with how he’s representing us out in the field.
Seeing Mark grow into this new role has been incredibly rewarding, and I’m genuinely looking forward to him doing even more. It’s exciting to think about the potential here and how much more we can achieve together!
And it’s not just Mark—our team is on fire! Ste, who also joined us this year, has just completed his HGV license, and he’s ready to take on new challenges too. With the two of them stepping up, we’re really building something special—something that’s ready to take us to the next level.
This year is shaping up to be one of our best yet, and I couldn’t be more proud of the team we’re growing. Here’s to more success, more milestones, and plenty of fun along the way!
