Nothing much going on this month removals wise, lots of people still waiting on dates and completions.
So, I thought I’d give you a more personal insight into behind the scenes at Craig Atkinson Removals.
This month I (Jodie) have started a “Conquer Your Content” writing course. In just one week, I’ve already learned so many valuable things.
As one of the challenges I was set, I needed to create a feedback form for our previous customers, and the results have been amazing! I think the best feedback I’ve had so far is:
Can you describe how you felt during using our service?
“Cradled like a baby!”
These few words are so powerful. They describe how confident, comfortable, and looked after our customer felt. (Results are anonymous, so whoever you are, thank you!)
And another question and comment was:
Any other feedback you wish to provide? All feedback is very much taken on board and appreciated!
“If there is a next time, it would be useful to know whether you accept refreshments and food, and what the preferences are. Or just say you don’t need any. Nice to know.”
The answer to this is: we like coffee (two sugars), biscuits, bacon butties, and water. Apart from Kev! He likes Dr Pepper, turkey dinosaurs, and plain ham sandwiches!
Drinks and biscuits are more than sufficient for us though, you don’t need to be using that sparkling oven on moving day 😊
Customer Feedback Highlights
Many people have also commented on how apprehensive and anxious they feel prior to moving day. We always aim to make that process much less stressful for you. When asked what they thought was the main benefit of using us, the most common responses were:
- No time pressure – relating to waiting for keys
- Packing service – those who used our packing services said it helped them immensely in terms of time and stress
- Hassle free – we do everything, so you don’t have to lift a finger
Other News
Corey is still cracking on with his driving lessons, ready for his test (though there’s still a long waiting list after COVID).
Kev bought some new tools recently, so he’s been constantly taking things apart and putting them back together. He’s the one who dismantles and reassembles most of your furniture!
Craig, as usual, has been pecking everyone’s head daily with all his wild and wonderful ideas that make this company what it is today. As the one who lives with him, I get my ear chewed off about everything that pops into his head, leading down many rabbit holes about everything and nothing. I personally can’t wait for everyone to get their completion dates so he can get back out in the driving seat of the van!
