Nothing much going on this month removals wise, lots of people still waiting on dates etc.
So, I thought I would give you a more personal insight into behind the scenes at Craig Atkinson Removals.
This month I (Jodie), have started a conquer your content writing course. In just one week I have already learned so many valuable things.
As one of the challenges I was set, I needed to create a feedback form for our previous customers. And the results from that have been amazing! I think the best feedback I have had is:
Can you describe how you felt during using our service?
Cradled like a baby!
These few words are so powerful! They describe how confident, comfortable, and looked after our customer felt (results are anonymous, so who ever you are, if you are read this – THANKYOU)
And another question and comment was:
Any other feedback you wish to provide? All feedback is very much taken on board and appreciated!
If there is a next time, it would be useful to know whether you accept refreshments and food, and what the preference are. Or, just say you don’t need any. Nice to know
The answer to this is, we like Coffee 2 sugars, Biscuits, Bacon butts, and Water… Apart from KEV! He likes Dr Pepper, Turkey dinosaurs and plain ham sandwiches!
Drinks and biscuits are more than sufficient for us though… you don’t need to be using that oven you’ve made sparkling on moving day 😊
Many people have also commented on how apprehensive and anxious they are prior to moving day! Obviously, we aim to make that process much less stressful for yourselves! And when asked what they thought was the main Benefit of using us was, our main responses have been:
No Time pressure– Relating to waiting for keys
Packing service– From those that have used our packing services, it has helped them immensely in terms of time and stress.
Hassle Free– We do everything, the customer needn’t lift a finger

Corey is still Cracking on with his driving lessons ready for his test (long waiting list due to the plague that is COVID)
Kev bought some new tools not too long ago, so he has been constantly taking things apart and putting them back together- he is the guy that dismantles and reassembles most of your furniture!
Craig, as usual, has been pecking everyone’s head daily with all his wild and wonderful ideas that make this company what it is today! And as the one that lives with him, I get my ear chewed off about everything that pops into his head, leading down many rabbit holes about everything and nothing! I personally, can not wait for everyone to get their completion dates to get him back out in the driving seat of the van!
