Since joining our team last July, Mark has quickly become a key part of life at Craig Atkinson Removals & Storage. From day one, he has brought a great attitude, plenty of enthusiasm, and a real passion for what we do. It has been brilliant to watch him settle into the role so naturally, embrace the team spirit, and confidently take on new challenges.
Mark has shown huge potential from the start, so much so that I recently decided to take a leap of faith and trust him with carrying out our customer surveys. This was a big decision for me, as I have personally handled our surveys for the past seven years and have never let anyone else take them on. However, Mark has proven himself to be more than capable, and he has taken to it brilliantly.
The feedback we have received from customers has been fantastic, and I could not be happier with how professionally he represents the business out in the field. His attention to detail and friendly approach are exactly what we stand for as a company.
It has been genuinely rewarding to see Mark grow in confidence and take on more responsibility, and I’m excited to see what the future holds as he continues to develop within the team.
And it is not just Mark who is stepping up. Ste, who also joined us this year, has recently completed his HGV licence and is ready to take on new challenges too. With both of them progressing so well, we are building a strong team that is ready to take the business to the next level.
This year is already shaping up to be a great one, and I could not be prouder of the team we are continuing to grow. Here’s to more hard work, more progress, and plenty more success ahead.
